Return & Replacement Policy

1. Our Commitment
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. This is our primary commitment to customer satisfaction.

2. What We Cover: Damaged/Defective on Arrival
If your product is broken or not functioning correctly when you receive it, we will send you a replacement. Please note:

  • This policy only applies to items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • It does not cover items that become damaged after use.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect ordering.

3. How to Request a Replacement
To get a replacement for a damaged/defective item:

  1. Email Us Within 48 Hours: Contact vapepartshop@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide Evidence: Include clear photos showing both the damaged product and its original packaging.

  3. Include Order Info: Provide your order number for reference.

Once verified, we will ship a replacement item to you promptly.

4. Important Notes

  • We do not offer refunds for damaged items, only replacements.

  • For issues caused by seller error (e.g., wrong item sent), we will provide a solution which may include a replacement or store credit.

  • All other return requests, including those for unused items, are not accepted.
