Delivery Time
Your order will typically arrive within 5-12 business days after processing. Please be aware that shipping times can be affected by the carrier, your location, and the time of year.
Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you.

Items Damaged in Transit
We will replace any item that arrives damaged.

  • To report damage, you must notify us at vapepartshop@outlook.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  • Please include clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging in your email. This documentation is required for us to process a replacement.

  • We will arrange for a replacement (the same or an equivalent item) as quickly as possible once the damage is verified.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve any shipping issues efficiently.

Returns Policy

Do you accept returns?
IMPORTANT: We only accept returns for items that are completely unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. If an item shows any signs of use, we cannot accept the return. No exceptions.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email Us First: If you wish to return an item, please email us at vapepartshop@outlook.com before sending it back.

  2. Wait for Instructions: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization and further instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Include your original order number inside the package. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please Note:

  • Returns received without prior notification or an order number will not be processed.

  • For eligible returns, we will issue store credit for the value of the returned item(s). The credit will be sent via email upon inspection of the returned item.

  • Please allow up to 5-7 business days for us to process your return after we receive it.
